Type 1.Horizontal MZLH series introduction:
1). Feeding Motor: Feeding motor helps raw materials delivered into the screw feeder.
2). Gear driving: Main machine gear box is main part of the pellet machine and driving the whole machines working system.we using high quality gearbox and high precision driving hole.
3). Ring Die Cover and Force Feeding System: The ring die cover protect the ring die and also oil adding and cooling system on the cover. the force feeder received the material powder and forceed it into the machine because of machine type.
4). Ring Die: The ring die is changed easily by a lifter.
5). Rollers: The rollers materials high pressure alloy steel and stable working performance.
6). Main Motor: China famous motor and if needed, we can also installed famous brand motor to prolong service life.
7). Driving: Use three quick handling precision casting hoop, assemble and disassembled the ring die conveniently and quickly.Motor and gear shaft adopt new type falk flexible coupling, assemble and disassembled conveniently, reliable drive, high efficient.

the size is adjustable according to your requirement.
the diameter range of the wood pellet is ø6-10 mm by using different ring die mould.
the length of the wood pellet could be adjusted on the machine.

2) What is the suitable moisture (water content) of the raw material that easy to make pellet?
the ideal moisture range is from 15% to 18% .
